Do I need my own Keepa subscription?

Yes. Keepa is the dataset under the hood and Agellic is built on top of it. You bring your own Keepa API key (BYOK). Your key is encrypted at rest, never shared between users, and every API call happens under your own Keepa subscription with full token visibility.

How is this different from using Keepa directly?

It isn't different, it's additive. Agellic sits on top of Keepa, translating plain-English queries into the right filters, surfacing derived signal alongside Keepa's native data, and giving you Saved Searches and Product Lists so good queries become a repeatable workflow instead of one-offs.

Which marketplaces are supported?

Every marketplace Keepa exposes: United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, Canada, Italy, Spain, India, Mexico, and Brazil. The cross-border analytics (A2A spreads, FX-adjusted Buy Box gaps) compare any pair.

Does it work for OA, RA, wholesale, private label, or A2A?

All of the above. The natural-language interface adapts to whatever question you ask. The cross-border analytics are built for arbitrage between marketplaces; the seasonality and restock-cadence signals matter most for replens and wholesale; OA and RA flows benefit from BSR ranges, OOS frequency, and review velocity. Same product, different lenses.

Will I run out of Keepa tokens?

Agellic manages your token bucket carefully: interactive queries get priority, long background jobs wait above a configurable reserve. You always see how many tokens you have left in the chat header, so the agent never quietly costs you tokens you needed elsewhere. Jobs can be cancelled any time.

How long does setup take?

About five minutes. Sign in, paste your Keepa API key, ask the agent a question. Saved Searches and Product Lists become available immediately. No spreadsheet import, no onboarding call, no "we'll get back to you."

Can the agent place orders or just analyze?

Read-only. Agellic helps you find, evaluate, and track products. You act in your own buying tools. The agent's output is structured (with the exact Keepa filters it used) so you can hand it off to your existing workflow without ambiguity.

How accurate is the natural-language search?

The agent shows you the exact Keepa filters it used for every answer. If something is off, you correct it in the next message, like talking to a smart junior analyst. Over a session it learns the shape of your business; over time, your Saved Searches become a personal library of trusted queries.

Can I export results to a spreadsheet?

Yes. Every Saved Search and Product List has CSV and JSON exports from the card menu. Use them as a hand-off to your buying tool, your VA, or just a weekly backup of what you found.

What happens when a refresh takes 20 minutes?

Nothing blocks you. Long-running jobs queue against your Keepa token bucket and run in the background. Close the tab and come back tomorrow, and a Show Results card waits in chat with the finished output. No spinner, no lost work.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Pro is month-to-month. Cancel from the customer portal and Agellic switches to read-only the next cycle. Your Saved Searches and Product Lists stay intact in case you come back.

What about my data?

Your Keepa key is encrypted at rest. We never train on your queries, never share data between accounts, and you can delete your account in one click. All Keepa calls happen under your own subscription, namespaced to your key per Keepa's terms.
