Agellic AI offers a simple pricing model designed to grow with your needs.

Subscription Tiers

Free Trial

When you sign up, you get a 14-day free trial with full access to core features:

  • 5 saved searches
  • 5 product lists
  • Access to all search and lookup features

The free trial doesn't require a credit card. You'll be prompted to subscribe when the trial ends or you hit limits.

Paid Subscription

After your trial, upgrade to a paid subscription for unlimited access:

  • Unlimited saved searches
  • Unlimited product lists
  • Unlimited agent conversations
  • Priority support
  • Early access to new features

Understanding Costs

Two Separate Costs

Agellic is a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) service. There are two separate costs:

  1. Keepa API tokens — Paid directly to Keepa. Consumed when fetching product data.
  2. Agellic subscription — Paid to us for the AI interface, saved data, and support.

You bring your existing Keepa subscription. We provide the intelligent interface.

Your Keepa tokens refill every minute based on your Keepa plan (e.g., 20 tokens/min). Cached product data is free to access.

Large operations run as background jobs. Time depends on your Keepa plan's token refill rate.

Times assume a 20 tokens/min Keepa plan. Higher plans complete faster.

You can keep using Agellic while background jobs process. Once product data is fetched, it's cached for future lookups at no additional token cost.

Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings in the sidebar
  2. Find the Subscription section
  3. View your current plan and status

Upgrading

To upgrade from free trial to paid:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Complete payment through Stripe
  4. Access is granted immediately

Managing Payment

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. You can:

  • Update your payment method
  • View billing history
  • Download invoices

Access these from Settings > Subscription > Manage Billing.

Canceling

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Manage Billing
  3. Select Cancel Subscription

When you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account enters read-only mode where you can view and export your saved searches and product lists, but cannot send chat messages, create new content, or refresh data. You can reactivate your subscription at any time to restore full access.

Usage Tracking

Token Balance

The token balance bar at the top of the app shows your current Keepa token balance. This updates in real-time as you use the service.

Conversation Limits

On the free trial, daily conversation limits apply. The counter resets at midnight UTC.

Account Settings

Updating Your Profile

From Settings, you can:

  • Change your display name
  • Update your email address
  • Manage notification preferences

Security

  • Your Keepa API key is encrypted with AES-256-GCM
  • We never store or log your plain-text API key
  • You can delete your API key at any time from Settings

Deleting Your Account

To delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Go to Settings > Profile tab
  2. Scroll to the Delete Account section
  3. Click Delete My Account
  4. Enter your password to confirm
  5. Click Permanently Delete Account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your saved searches, product lists, chat history, and settings will be removed. Any active Stripe subscription will be cancelled immediately.
