Agellic lets you save your work so you can track products and rerun searches without starting from scratch. All saving is done through conversation with the agent.
Saved Searches
When you run a finder search that returns useful results, ask the agent to save it.
Saving a Search
After running a search, just ask:
- "Save this search as Holiday Toys"
- "Save these results"
- "Keep this search for later"
The agent will save all the filters and criteria you used so you can run the same search again.
Searches can only be saved when the complete result set has been retrieved. If your search returned partial results, the agent will fetch the full set before saving.
Viewing Saved Searches
Access your saved searches from Saved Searches in the sidebar. Each card shows:
- Search name and description
- Marketplace (US, UK, CA, etc.)
- Number of ASINs
- When it was created and last refreshed
Use the menu on each card to refresh results, export data, or delete the search.
Re-running a Search
Ask the agent to run a saved search again:
- "Run my Holiday Toys search"
- "Refresh the Kitchen Gadgets search"
- "Check for new matches in my saved search"
This executes the search with the original filters to find current matches.
Product Lists
Track specific products by creating lists. Unlike saved searches (which store filter criteria), product lists contain the actual ASINs you've chosen to monitor.
Creating a List
Ask the agent to add products to a list:
- "Add these ASINs to a list called Holiday Toys"
- "Save B08N5WRWNW to my watchlist"
- "Create a list called Nike Deals with these products"
If the list doesn't exist, it's created automatically.
Adding More Products
You can add products to existing lists at any time:
- "Add B09V3KXJPB to my watchlist"
- "Put these results in the Nike Deals list"
Viewing Product Lists
Access your lists from Product Lists in the sidebar. Click any list to see its products with current prices, sales ranks, and other data.
Use the menu on each card to refresh product data, export, or delete the list.
Refreshing Product Data
Product data (prices, ranks, availability) becomes stale over time. Refresh a list to get current data:
- Ask the agent: "Refresh my watchlist"
- Or use the menu on the list card
Refreshing product data is more token-efficient than running a new search. Use lists to track products you check regularly.
Exporting Data
Export your data as CSV or JSON:
- Ask the agent: "Download my Holiday Toys search as CSV"
- Or use the export option in the card menu
Saved searches export as a simple ASIN list. Product lists export with full product data including prices, ranks, trends, and FBA fees.
Managing Your Data
Organization Tips
- Use descriptive names: "Kitchen Q1 2025" beats "Search 1"
- Create lists by product category or research purpose
- Delete old searches you no longer need
Limits
Your subscription tier determines how many searches and lists you can save:
Background Jobs
When you refresh a large search or product list, the work happens in the background:
- You can continue chatting while it runs
- Progress appears on the card
- Results update automatically when complete
- You can cancel a job from the card menu if needed
Large refreshes may take time depending on your Keepa plan. The system queues jobs to manage your token usage efficiently.
