Can I cancel anytime?▾
Yes. Cancel from your account settings. You keep access through the end of the current billing period.
What happens when my trial ends?▾
You enter read-only mode. You can still view, export, and delete your data. Subscribe to Pro to resume full access.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?▾
No. The 14-day trial is free and no card is required.
Do you offer refunds?▾
Yes. If you cancel within 14 days of your first Pro charge, email support@agellic.com and we will refund that charge in full.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?▾
There is one paid plan (Pro) so there is no plan to switch between. If we add tiers later, switching will prorate against the remaining billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?▾
Your saved searches, lists, and conversation history stay accessible in read-only mode. You can export everything as CSV or JSON. You can permanently delete your account and all data from Settings.
What happens to my Keepa API key if I cancel?▾
Your key is decrypted and removed from our database on account deletion. You can also remove it from Settings at any time. Cached Keepa data scoped to your key is deleted when the key is removed.
Is my Keepa API key secure?▾
Yes. The key is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. We never log or store it in plaintext.
