Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

Agellic Commerce is committed to making Agellic usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across our public website and web application.

Accessibility is an ongoing part of our design, development, testing, and content work. We aim to improve the experience as the product changes and as we receive feedback from the people who use it.

Conformance Status

Agellic has not yet completed a formal, comprehensive accessibility audit. We therefore do not currently claim full conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

We are evaluating the Service and addressing accessibility issues as we identify them. This statement will be updated when a broader assessment is complete or when known limitations materially change.

Measures We Take

Our accessibility work includes:

  • Using semantic HTML and native controls whenever possible
  • Supporting keyboard navigation and visible keyboard focus
  • Providing labels for controls and text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Avoiding color as the only way to communicate meaning
  • Respecting reduced-motion preferences for non-essential animation
  • Designing content to remain usable when text is enlarged or the page is zoomed
  • Reviewing forms, validation messages, dialogs, and status updates for assistive-technology support
  • Including accessibility checks in code review and product testing

Compatibility and Technical Information

Agellic is designed for current versions of major web browsers and common assistive technologies. The Service relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SVG, and WAI-ARIA where native HTML alone is not sufficient.

Some features require JavaScript to provide interactive functionality. We aim to use WAI-ARIA only to supplement native browser semantics, not replace them.

Known Limitations

Because our comprehensive evaluation is still in progress, our list of known accessibility limitations may be incomplete. An issue not listed here should not be understood to be out of scope.

If part of Agellic is difficult to use, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and, where practical, work with you to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative while we address the underlying problem.

Feedback and Assistance

We welcome feedback about the accessibility of Agellic. Email support@agellic.com if you encounter a barrier or need assistance.

If possible, include:

  • The page or feature where you encountered the problem
  • A brief description of what happened and what you were trying to do
  • The browser and assistive technology you were using, if you are comfortable sharing them
  • The best way to contact you about the issue

Please do not send passwords, Keepa API keys, verification links, or other sensitive account information.

We review accessibility reports and will respond as soon as reasonably practical.

Assessment Approach

This statement is currently based on internal review of Agellic's design and code. It is not an accessibility certification. We plan to combine automated checks with manual keyboard, zoom, contrast, motion, and assistive-technology testing as the Service moves through broader evaluation.
