Saving Work

Save searches and product lists to track products over time and keep your research organized

Agellic lets you save searches and product lists so you can track products over time without starting from scratch. All saving is done through conversation with the agent.

Product data is not cached indefinitely. If you find products worth tracking, save them to a list so you can refresh the data later.

Saved Searches

A saved search stores the filter criteria you used, not the results themselves. You can re-run a saved search at any time to find current matches.

Saving a Search

After running a finder search, ask the agent:

  • "Save this search as Holiday Toys"
  • "Save these results"
  • "Keep this search for later"

Searches can only be saved when the complete result set has been retrieved. If your search returned partial results, the agent will fetch the full set before saving.

Re-running a Search

Ask the agent to run a saved search again:

  • "Run my Holiday Toys search"
  • "Refresh the Kitchen Gadgets search"
  • "Check for new matches in my saved search"

This executes the search with the original filters to find current matches.

Managing Saved Searches

Access your saved searches from Saved Searches in the sidebar. Each card shows the search name, marketplace, number of ASINs, and when it was last refreshed. Use the menu on each card to refresh, export, or delete.

Product Lists

Product lists store specific ASINs you want to track. Unlike saved searches (which store filter criteria), lists contain the actual products you have selected.

Creating and Adding to Lists

Ask the agent to add products:

  • "Add these ASINs to a list called Holiday Toys"
  • "Save B08N5WRWNW to my watchlist"
  • "Create a list called Nike Deals with these products"
  • "Put these results in the Nike Deals list"

If the list does not exist, it is created automatically.

Refreshing Product Data

Product data becomes stale over time. Refresh a list to get current prices, sales ranks, and availability:

  • Ask the agent: "Refresh my watchlist"
  • Or use the refresh option on the list card in the sidebar

Refreshing a list is more token-efficient than running a new search because it fetches data only for the specific ASINs in your list.

Large list refreshes run as background jobs. You can continue chatting while they process. A notification will appear in the chat when the refresh completes.

Managing Product Lists

Access your lists from Product Lists in the sidebar. Click any list to see its products with current data. Use the menu on each card to refresh, export, or delete.

Exporting Data

Export your data as CSV or JSON:

  • Ask the agent: "Download my Holiday Toys search as CSV"
  • Or use the export option in the card menu

Saved searches export as a simple ASIN list. Product lists export with full product data including prices, ranks, trends, and FBA fees.

Organization Tips

  • Use descriptive names: "Kitchen Q1 2025" is better than "Search 1"
  • Create lists by product category or research purpose
  • Delete old searches and lists you no longer need
  • Keep lists focused. A 50-product list of strong candidates is more useful, and cheaper to refresh, than a 500-product list you have not filtered yet.
